Troubleshooting tips:

Greenish LED – The camera is continued to the internet, but not to Alert Commander:

  1. Utilise the camera'due south pin pigsty to reset it and let it perform a power cycle.
  2. Shut the Alert Commander software and then restart information technology.

White LED – In most cases, this indicates that the photographic camera is performing a power cycle. All the same, if the LED stays white, please do the following:

  1. Use the photographic camera's pin pigsty to reset information technology and let it perform a ability bicycle.
  2. Close the Alert Commander software and then restart it.

If the LED stays white later on you perform these steps, the camera is most likely lacking.

Reddish LED – This indicates that camera boot-up has failed. Please do the following:

  • Use the camera'due south pin hole to reset it and let information technology perform a power cycle. If the LED stays ruby-red after the ability cycle, the camera may demand to be replaced.

Xanthous LED – This usually means the camera is unable to obtain an IP address from the router or DHCP server. Do the post-obit to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Close the Logitech Alert Commander software.
  2. Use the camera'due south pin hole to reset it and let information technology perform a power cycle.
  3. Remove whatever passwords previously assigned in Alert Commander.
  4. Connect the photographic camera to a power outlet where an existing camera is working properly. If the camera works on this outlet, there is a problem with the electrical line where the camera was previously continued.

Purple LED – This means camera is connected to the Alert Commander software just non the net. Do the post-obit to resolve the problem:

  • Close and restart the Alert Commander software.
